I came here on vacation with my family and I have to say that the beach is very nice. Not crowded, clean, waves were great 4 to 6 ft high. No charge for entry and pet and family friendly. The main problems were parking and the rocks going into the ocean. Parking is not available anywhere unless you have a parking permit ( not sure how to even get one) so we had to walk to and from where we were staying. Pretty rough with a granddaughter that's 3. Also water shoes are a must if you are going to swim. The rocks will definitely hurt your feet. Otherwise great time

Nice beach. There is not a lot of public parking so do be aware about that. The beach is fairly rocky but the rocks are all different colors and sizes and are overall really cool. The beach isn’t incredibly crowded but there always is people there. At this beach there are a few tide pools and wildlife. This is a node beach overall you should go here on a hot summer day.

Top beach in the area. Beautiful, open and clean. Nice area and great for kids. Parking is difficult, but that's not uncommon for the beaches around here. There are tons of rocks and shells to gather as you walk. Can get crowded in the summer. Overall, my favorite beach in the area. A must see for visitors.

I would encourage you NOT to go to this beach. My family and I went to this beach from 2pm - 5pm and found the water got dirtier and dirtier every hour. Seaweed, under water gunk and some sort of creepy crawly thing became numerous. We did not notice that there were creepy crawlers in the water until we came back to the hotel and found them in our bikini tops...and bottoms. Would...

I kept wondering if there might be another section where they may have had a large parking lot like Hotseneck beach in Westport. Tricky parking along the road with limited access "right of way" passages between homes to the actual beach. On a warmer day it would have been nice to get closer to the rocks where seals were lounging on the rocks, but not on a...
