They drilled my heatshield in place. I was later told by someone who saw it and said that you should never do that. I had a battery replaced and told them my cables are probably the issue. They said they were fine and ive since had problems with my battery coming unattached from the corroded cables, again. I got a really expensive preventative maintenance job done and ever since my car has been making noises and the steering is off. They told me it was just air and they “fixed” it but i don’t think they did anything because it made no difference. Also... they left a RAG in my engine! How careless!? Always our go to service center. Was here last week for an oil change and inspection sticker. Brad went above and beyond. We switched our registration from FL to MA and did not have our plate on the front of the car attached yet. He put it on for us. We used them a few months ago also when our hood latch broke a few days before Christmas. He took it right in and got the part and fixed it that day.
