They are a sorry company. I hate I have no choice but to use them. I paid on my electric bill May 20th $200 while working and had no bill in front of me to see what the complete total was I needed to pay. I was $45 off what I should have paid and now they are making pay another $248 by June 7th because of the $45 I should have paid with the payment I made May 20th. Just greedy people . Knowing we are all out here struggling. They are sorry and I will be reaching out to some one higher up on the chain about them and how they are treating people. Horrible, Horrible people. I'm honestly shocked by any bad reviews. I've used them over 7 years and have never had a bad experience. They work hard to restore electric ASAP if it goes down, the ladies in the office and office manager are always nice. WAVE internet is amazing. No issues at all.
