Dollar General — Local services in Pocola

Went in there today. My mom had to use the restroom, after she spent almost $100. They were rude, lectured her about using the bathroom before you go out, and said the bathroom was for employees only. This made her feel uncomfortable, and embarrassed. When you aren’t home for a while, you gotta go somewhere. Will definitely be calling corporate, soon. We’re grown, and don’t need people lecturing us about useless stuff. This used to be the go-to store in Pocola, but it has gone downhill! The parking lot is full of pot holes and the outside of the store always looks messy. I stopped by last week when I was visiting my Mother (she lives in Pocola) to pick up a few items. The music inside the store was deafeningly loud and there was only 1 cashier and lots of customers waiting in line. I was so happy when I finally got out of there!
