Furniture Emporium — Local services in Pocola

Scam and Fraud Alert!!!! Furniture emporium overcharged my credit card by $2000 last year. I bought a sectional sofa which was $1500. I got my credit card statement and it read $3555. I immediately marched down there and demanded that they reverse the charge. The worker told me that all disputed accounts are handled through the finance department and it could take 6 weeks to reverse the charge. I went ballistic and told him to reverse the charge or I was going to the cops. He told me to try my best! I went down to the police department and they proceeded to pull out a drawer full of complaints regarding Furniture emporium. Apparently this store is notorious for overcharging customers. I eventually got my money back after threatening to sue them. I will never go back...

Great Products, Great Prices, Great Service

I purchased a sofa and love seat set about a week ago from Furniture Emporium. I have purchased products there before and am always satisfied. The products are always competitively priced and the service is always great. My sofa and love seat were delivered today, although the delay in delivery was at my request so that it could be a Christmas present. The people at Furniture Emporium were so nice, as well as the delivery people, but the products were so heavy that I still don't so how they were delivered through my doors. I can't say enough good things about...

Saved almost 500 on my new bed! Jason was very helpful and he got us the best deal possible. This is the best place around. I read a review on this place, this lady complained about the couch she ordered not fitting through her door and that's why she gave a bad review? That seems to be the a very invalid reason to give this place a one star. If you want to save money on furniture this is the place to go! Don't be like the lady that complained about the couch that SHE ordered not fitting...
