I purchased a 10 pack of empty wire spools from this company. The company sent me the wrong size, and will not respond to my request for their return/exchange procedures. I used the contact us form on their website twice, and have tried to send an email to an address I found as well. This company will not reply if you have an issue, so making a purchase may end up being wasted money if you don’t get what you want...

Do not, repeat do not order from this company they do not ship within a reasonable amount of time there customer service is horrible, they do not respond . Still waiting on product that should have been delivered long time ago. They are thief's. I guess I will be have to contact the better...

Worst company I've had to deal with. Customer service doesn't exist. It takes 8 to 10 weeks and counting for them to ship...
