Nice building yes but wow the staff has no clue what they are doing and really do NOT want to help. So excited about starting college again to continue my education and they made my experience a bad one. Their suppose to be there to help and answers your questions and point you in the right direction. Most importantly give you ALL the information you need which in my case did not happen. I know we’re all human and sometimes you have to work long hours but it’s very unprofessional to talk about your private life vacations etc NOBODY cares atleast I know I don’t and I don’t have the time to sit there to wait until your staff finishes their conversation to actually help their students. The campus itself is beautiful but this actual institute screwed me over. I attended part time doing 2016 fall. I was out of state so I couldn't afford to go full-time only took two classes. The school made it seem like I had enough for those two classes that semester I even had $1000 in the financial aid. I barely use this semester but when it came to spring semester they want to send a letter to my house saying I owed them close to $2000 for the two classes I took that fall. Then they dropped the three spring classes I registered for and took away all my financial aid. Poorly run. They made a financial aid mistake , and gave a credit of $800 later to determine , it was a. Error and that money needed to be returned ( 3 months later ) . When you call no one knows what’s going on and each person gives you a different story . If you want chaos , confusion and to owe money you shouldn’t - look no further .
