The Watersong Residence — Local services in Poinciana

The best kept secret in Orlando! This immaculate Airbnb was outstanding. A care package awaited us so you didn’t have to run out for groceries right away, if ever! The rooms were spacious and the 4 bedrooms upstairs had full bathrooms attached while the two downstairs shared one. Two strollers and playpen along with tons of linens and pool supplies and beach towels were provided.

The pool and hot tub backed on to a lovely green space and Rocking chairs waited for their next occupants on the balcony off the master bedroom.

Oodles of games such as pool, air hockey, foosball , Pac-Man etc were set up in two rooms on the main level. A massive theater room with a multitude of movies was on the upper level including a large popcorn machine. A mere 30 minutes from WDW, Universal Studios and 37 minutes from the airport, we could have vacationed at the house! I just hope there will be availability when...

We have just had a wonderful 2 weeks at the Watersong Residence. Emma was very helpful after our arrival and she was there for any questions. The house is beautiful and we made good use of the pool and the cinema room. The pool was lovely and warm and the sun-beds very comfortable, the area is so quiet.
