Hiring Chef Kwame was an amazing experience. Within hours of reaching out he solidified a menu, explained the process, and provided a price plus set my expectations. He was incredibly professional when he arrived introducing himself and brought all of the needed supplies so I didn’t have to lift a finger to even take out a pot. I was a bit skeptical of some menu items (beet salad) but I was BLOWN AWAY! My steak was tender and juicy, my mashed potatoes were silky and divine, my dessert was flavorful leaving me coming back for bites throughout the night. Chef Kwame and his team did a superb job for our anniversary dinner at our home. Working with him to conceive of the 4 course menu was fun and it was apparent he had a client-focused perspective in helping me realize a vision and suggested creative, helpful possibilities. The food was delicious and complemented by an eye-pleasing presentation. Kwame also curated the table settings, flowers and candles to enhance the ambiance as well as created signature cocktails that rolled nicely into our wine pairings with each course. I was looking for a personal chef for a small birthday dinner at home (since outside isn’t the move right now) and my Google search led me to find a local treasure in Chef Kwame! We discussed the menu and he took my elevated Caribbean cuisine concept to a culinary level that not only wowed my guests but solidified the fact that I’ll be booking with Chef KWill for many, many events to come!
