Best Buy Warehouse, Polk City — Local services in Polk City

I arrived 2 days earlier... August 27 8 pm. The security Officer is VERY PROFESSIONAL, polite and clean uniform like Sheriffs. Also, he get good education because he listened and understand me. He told me the receiving doesn't work night time or 24hrs 7/7 (open 6Am to Noon only), but I can stay here until tomorrow morning and the office will call me on my cellular... So, a polite professional lady security wake-up me at 5:00 Am to tell me to move my truck (slowly to avoid wake-up the Famous E-Log), and come back for my appointment tomorrow morning. I will stay here 36hrs! If you arrived late: Punishment... $250... as ticket... My Boss is upset and told me never come back anymore. Btw, Nice, clean, quiet area. Be careful, the truck GPS socks, I went on the back of the warehouse.... in the houses... Fortunately, enough room for big trucks. Near, you get Marathon market, to buy food, chicken, ice cream. Couple of things regarding the customer service at this warehouse. You check in the front office and are told to go around to pick up. We waited 20mins while two workers sat by the pick up area. Knocked twice and by the second knock they came over and asked if we went to the front. Front and back of house need better communication. Ending up waiting 40mins to do a pick up that should have been ready since Dec 1. The telephone number does not work for the warehouse. What is the point of having it available to call if it doesn't work. Customer service especially during the holiday in this climate makes the difference of whether the consumer will shop at best buy again.

Horrible place where trucks go in and out of all night long shining their lights in the neighbors windows and yelling and screaming at each other as well as banging and pounding all hours of the night with no regard to the young families living nearby. We have been to the office and spoken to management... But you know how that goes. These people built this facility with all kinds of promises of noise barriers and so on but never held their end of the bargain. Nothing but nuisance and annoyance ever since they moved in to the neighborhood. We are currently seeking legal council in reference to the ordinance violations existing to date. Video, pictures and dozens of complaints should at least get us in front of the judge. We all look forward...
