Bought a new Workmaster 25s in 2021 and started having drift in the front hydraulics after about 10 hours of use. I called and explained the issue to the service dept. And was told to bring it in to see if the work was covered under warranty. A week and a half after my scheduled drop off date, I get a call explaining the valve for the controls is bad....not under warranty as only the drive train is covered. Forget the part breaking at 10 hours and Burnips not standing behind the product, why have me haul my tractor the 20 miles across town for a hydraulic issue when they knew full well that hydraulics would not be covered? Tractors break, I can deal with that. But wasting my time and fuel for what should have been a phone call is unacceptable. Keep in mind, this tractor failed before the engine break in period was half over and I will be paying for parts and labor. P.S. I was quoted about 800 dollars for the first service cycle...I did it myself in about 45 minutes and 80...
