Sharonda came 30 minutes late after she kept contacting me that morning to change the time. Her nail equipment was seriously lacking, half not working properly and she did not even have an electric nail drill. She cut my nails down and when she finished each nail was a different shape and length, it was horrendous. She then as she was filing my nails she cut my finger around the side and caused me to bleed lasting for several minutes. 3 days later it still hurts. When she finished filing and was about to start the acrylic I told it was terrible, that each nail was a different shape and length. I told her this was not worth $130 but to just hurry up and finish, I would get them redone later. She became angry and said she was leaving and would just give me a full refund. I text her about 2 hours or so later and she responded with lie’s and said that she would not refund my money. I then called the shop and no one would answer the phone so I finally left a message to call me, that I needed to speak to the owner or manager, 2 days later no one has called me. I then emailed them and still I received no response. I wish I could upload a picture here but I don’t see any way to do so. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME BOOKING WITH THEM! A lot like another review left here, they never showed up. I had booked this appt for my mother as a Mother’s Day gift. 48 hours prior to presenting this gift, sharonda cancelled the appt due to having to attend an important meeting. They only spoke to me after I called THEM to ask what the deal was. I was told I’d be offered a 20% discount but had to wait four additional days after the appt date. I was told I’d get a call back on where to fit me in. To say the least no call or text was ever sent back to me even with me attempting to call and text numerous times. In fact my calls were purposefully declined. Out of desperation and no other company to choose from, I rescheduled the appt on my own. The day of the appt sharonda cancels the appt 15 minutes AFTER she is supossed to be at my house. Again no phone call or text. She is literally the most unprofessional private business I’ve ever dealt with. Don’t waste your time booking with her. The entire process was a struggle. I’m shocked at how she keeps customers or makes a living due to how uncourteous rude and neglectful she is to potential new customers. DONT BOOK WITH...

I just had the most amazing experience with Sharonda at Mani 2 U, and I couldn’t be happier! ✨ She came right to my home, fully equipped and ready to pamper me, which was so convenient and relaxing. Her attention to detail is unmatched—my nails look flawless! 💅🏼

She took her time with both the manicure and pedicure, making sure everything was perfect. The shaping, polish, and cuticle care were all top-tier. Plus, she was so warm, professional, and easy to talk to—it felt like self-care and girl time all in one!

I recently had a surgery which prevented me from getting in the high nail salon pedicure chairs. Sharonda was very accomodating and made sure I was comfortable. I personally feel she does a better job than any of the nail salons I've gone to.
