I bought 3 end tables. Mary Jane helped us with our purchase. She was very helpful. We looked at a dinning room set. She was also very helpful with figuring out what we wanted. She said we could get almost anything we wanted made, Also gave some very good advise. We were super pleased. We did shop around. Knew exactly what we wanted. Went back to the store on a Sunday. Spoke to an older gentleman. He told us we couldn’t get what we were describing. He also told us that he would be the one making any table. That was totally different That what Mary Jane had told us. I have never felt more disappointed and insulted as a customer. I referenced a competitor of theirs I have purchased from in the past and was told all sorts of horrible things about them. When I described what I was hoping to find, the salesman said, "That would be a custom job." I hoped he would explain how I could obtain something like it. Instead, he remarked (quite obnoxiously) that "you can't get the Amish to make custom pieces." I told him I was raised near an Amish community and am familiar with Amish craftsmen who are happy to provide custom pieces. His response was "Yeah, good luck with that."...
