Very polite and respectful staff. The facility offers a trailer washout for $45 (cash, EFS, and card accepted), and there’s a free scale on site. I was loaded within about an hour—very efficient.

The place is clean and well-maintained, with restrooms and overnight parking available. There’s also a break room at the back of the loading shed (look for the purple arrow) with a sink and microwave—great for drivers.

You can park anywhere, which makes things easy. I’d definitely come back again.

This place is a joke. Came here for trailer washout,after waiting 1 hour (nobody else here) the oldest and slowest man in town comes out, took him one hour to walk across small lot,open doors, leaf blow trailer (which it did not need) then suit up (he's been walking in rain anyways) then wash trailer.
