Where can I start with this company? Horrible service, literally wasted about 6 months of our time waiting on a headstone. We filled out paperwork and sent them a check and of course they cashed it. I called 10 weeks later when I thought it should have been done and they acted like they didn’t know who we were. Then when I proved they cashed my check they claimed we never sent the right paperwork back to them. We were confused but did what the asked and faxed and emailed them what we thought would be the go ahead to start the process and the owner was supposed to expedite the headstone. We waited another six weeks. Called them and they claimed again that we did not send them the right paperwork so, they never started it once again. The owner hasn’t contacted us back. But whoever the lady answering phone is, is supposed to mail us a refund. It is horrible how people can run a business like this with lack of communication, Organization. This is the last thing a grieving family should have to put up with from this type of business. Hopefully this is a warning for others before you hand companies like...

when we ordered our baby boy’s headstone, the lady was SUPER sweet. our son’s monument is beautiful. but whoever put up our son’s headstone threw his cross, and flowers on the ground and they were covered in dirt. i called and all the woman said was that they like to have the stuff moved, but they just throw it on the ground? we ordered his monument a week after he passed, in august. we just recently got it. but of course we were gonna decorate his grave. had they called us and told us they were on their way, we would’ve went up there to move the stuff, instead of having it thrown on the ground. i just think my baby boy and everybody else’s loved over deserves a lot more respect. we have used this place for multiple of our family members, but after this. i don’t think...
