This golf course is nothing short of a travesty—a $52 rip-off disguised as a Sunday drive. Not a single green showed any sign of life. Every putting surface was so abysmal, it felt like driving on a golf-themed sand trap. And nowhere during booking or play did anyone mention the state of the grounds—this is what bait and switch looks like.
Let me be blunt: whoever decides that these “greens” are acceptable should be ashamed—from the groundskeepers to the front desk staff. If you haven’t been embarrassed to operate in public, you might want to try it here. I nearly marched back to the cottage on hole two to demand a refund. That’s how spectacularly awful it was.
Compare that to Henderson, which I played just hours earlier—the same morning—cheaper and dramatically better conditioned. That’s not a difference; it’s an indictment. This place isn’t “unique” or “rustic”; it’s substandard and deceptive. To label this course a bargain is not charity—it’s garbage.
Bottom line: Do not squander your hard‑earned money here. Do not bother with their misleading rates. This course is a complete waste—a heartbreaking corral of overpriced despair. You’d get a better experience playing miniature golf in your...
Read moreThis is a decent course, but the management and customer service is poor. The course has combination locks on the course restrooms, but they did not provide the combination. When I asked at the pro shop what the combination was, the man behind the counter told us it was on a card on the cart. Of the four carts in our group, only one cart had a card. When I mentioned this to the man afterwards, he just said that he told me the combo number. No apology, just made it seem like it was our fault. The electric carts are either very old or undercharged. By hole 13, our cart stopped going up hills and losing power. We tried calling the pro shop and they finally answered on our fourth attempt. He said he would send someone out to replace the cart. We never saw anyone and finished the round with the slow cart that by the way also had no working brake. When we asked the same guy about the cart, he said he sent someone out and he looked for us on three holes, asked around for us, but never found us. Again no apology and a snarky response as if it was our fault. If you don’t mind rude customer service, this is a great course. If you do mind, then try Bacon Park or Henderson...
Read morePlayed here this past weekend on a bachelor trip and I was very disappointed. I'll start with the good...the staff is nice, the clubhouse is nice and the course layout is actually an easy yet enjoyable layout.
Now the bad. The immediate first thing is the course is not managed well at all. The rough and the fairway are basically the same, cart paths are destroyed, Everything from tee to green looks like it has not been touched by a mower in weeks. Lastly, and the most infuriating are the greens. I don't know what to say about these greens besides the fact that I've never seen greens in this condition. They reminded me of your local municipal driving range. They are bumpy, tore up, just plain terrible.
I would not waste my money at this course again. It was $50 dollars and I left the course feeling like I was conned. Furthermore never once was this condition mentioned to us. We eventually left the course after 9 (wanted to leave at 7).
I would end this by saying do not spend your money here, do not listen to any of these 5 star reviews and...
