Attended their Grand Opening and had a good time. Great turnout of folks. They were providing tastings that included their Rye, Vodka, Gin, and Bourbon. They also sold cocktails. A drink called ā€œChamomile Bee’s Kneesā€ seemed to be popular among many – described on the menu as having Chamomile-Infused Gin, Lemon and Honey. I tried the Hibiscus Highball. It had Rye, Hibiscus, Lime, Amaro #1 and Soda. I don’t think I have ever had Rye before, so I took a tiny taste of theirs, to get that flavor first before ordering the drink. I inquired about the drink and was informed it was tart, not sweet. It was rather smooth and only slightly tart, but what surprised me was that as I got near the bottom of the glass, my drink suddenly changed to a sweet taste albeit slight, but it was a welcome surprise that I really enjoyed. In addition to offering tastings and selling cocktails, they also had a food truck on the grounds since they don’t sell food. They have lots of space in the back for those wanting to hold an event, so check it out. I was able to attend a tour of their distillery, and I learned some things along the way, like how everything there is kosher, and how each batch will be unique and a tiny bit different. Seating was indoors at the bar, including a few tables and chairs. Outdoors, in front, there were high tables, low tables and a few comfy couch-like seats. Overall, the owners seemed passionate about their business. I will certainly visit it again.

5 stars for universal design of testing room with wheelchair accessible section of bar. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Drinks and atmosphere great on a gorgeous sunny afternoon. Outdoor space that’s kid and dog friendly. Best old fashioned I’ve had in a while. We left with bottles to enjoy at home. Can’t wait to return with friends.

The cocktails/spirits were delicious (old fashion and bees knees pictured) and the staff was very friendly and informative. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the distillery's history and the production process from Brenna, she is amazing! The atmosphere is also very lovely! Cheers!!

I've never been upset by a cocktail order before, but I suppose there's a first time for everything, and Song Dog delivered. Their ā€œRock ā€˜n Ryeā€ appeared to be missing all the advertised ingredients aside from heavily watered down whiskey, complemented by large ice cubes exacerbating the problem. The ā€œChamomile Bee’s Kneesā€ was fine, but in a glass scarcely larger than a shot glass. You'd think a company crafting their own spirits could afford to be less detrimentally stingy and have a better handle on cocktails than is the case here. The location and views are nice, but seem to be relied upon to make up for disappointing (yet still...

Such a great new distillery that’s kid-friendly and dog-friendly! The tasting room is gorgeous. They also have a ton of outdoor seating with heat lamps on their patio. Definitely get the espresso martini, old fashioned, and blueberry lemonade cocktails. They also sell snack platters with delicious cheese from a local farm, and there’s also a food truck on site. And they do free guided-tours of the distillery so you can learn all about the spirit-making process. Highly...
