I bought a brand new zero turn lawn mower from them a year ago and it has been in the shop more than it’s been at my house. The deck belt keeps breaking I’ve had to bring it up there 4 times for the same issue and it’s no closer to being fixed than it was the first time I brought it up there. Was told they were going to order a new deck to put on but ended up sending to another location to have them try to fix it without letting me know. Brought it back and the belt broke again. I’ve been extremely patient during this process and even sent people to John Deere as customers. But even after explaining this situation to the regional manager and service manager it hasn’t gotten anywhere.
