I ordered a dozen female crabs from this establishment. Now I have ordered from here before without any problems. The second time I’ve ordered here was told that they have crabs that were now available because someone ordered them and decided they did not want them. I got home and the crabs felt like they were in a refrigerator. I called to complain and the lady that answered told me that she told me on the phone that they were cold and that they keep them by they “air conditioner” which is why they are cold.Then proceeded to say that everyone that orders from them know that they run out of crabs and that if they have some they are more than likely cold. I was not Informed of this and shame on me for grabbing the bag and not inspecting the bag before I left. No apology or anything. It was very matter of fact. I will let the locals keep going because with her demeanor on the phone, I should know how they sucker people into...

I was unfortunately very disappointed when I was at the pop up kitchen at Mills Point Park. Maybe it was the food sitting out for too long, supplies running low, maybe an off day? I spent $22 on a soft shell crab that was cold and I couldn't even finish it because it honestly just wasnt good. The scallops were okay and the crabcake was tasty, but very tiny in comparison to the bun. The fries were good. I felt like I shouldnt have waited 45 mins. in line for food that left me less than impressed and still hungry. The staff were very polite though. Was VERY VERY disappointed!!!! Should took pics. Ordered 2 doz supposed #1 size crabs. When I got them I had to go back to get them. I looked in the bag I was shocked how SMALL THEY WERE plus I picked up 4 crabs all had no claws!! I went back to window and complained but was told this was #1 large. I'm from Maryland they were babies to me. Was told Maryland crabs #1 I would pay $100 dozen.🙄 They gave me monies back but I was VERY !!!!! Disappointed. Will not go back. Should have asked to see crabs...
