Leeroy, one of his technicians came to the house after working hours to fix an AC problem, but didn’t finish the job and promised he would be back to complete it. I called and texted Leroy for weeks which became months and each time he said he would be back to complete the job, but unfortunately, he never did. By the way, I paid him CASH in full which included a suspect $85 service call charge. I decided to contact the owner, Kurt, to inform him of my dissatisfaction with his technician and the negative effects it could have on his business.
