We recently had an incident with a new rod we purchased from here that was missing a piece when we got home. Turns out it fell off in the parking lot of the store. Brought a rod an reel back for return, an they wouldn’t give me a refund do to it being “used”. They don’t accept any used products. When my rod an reel never hit the water. An I said this clearly “it’s not used”. I did in fact put a lure on because I left the store with braided line on the spool that they put on. An I paid for that service. So that being said don’t show up there with a lure on the rod if you plan on returning it. They will ultimately assume it’s see water. Well Stocked This store has a lot of fishing and hunting supplies. In addition, there are clothing items such as shorts, Tshirts, sundresses, shoes, water shoes , hats etc at discounted prices . The store is clean, tidy and organized with a fitting room for trying on clothes. What is more important is the friendly staff. My husband had a problem with a fishing reel bought at the store.
