I struggled with weeds and inconsistent growth, trying to decide when and what to use to feed and fertilize my lawn. I tried using apps like Scott’s and although it wasn’t bad, it wasn’t specifically for “MY” lawn so it seemed like more of a guess. At times my lawn looked great but after about 1 1/2 years began to look terrible, dead in winter, and weeds seemed to take over in early spring. That left a short leopard where it looked good, and that was with way too much work. I tried Marvelous Gardens and within the first year everything improved. My lawn might turn a little brown in the coldest part of winter, but come spring, weeds do not appear and my lawn looks great the rest of the year. Their communication is great with texts, emails, and at times even texts from their actual crew members. That is customer service. It might seem a little costly at first, but all I had to do was estimate what I was wasting in feed and fertilizer, and realize I was actually saving now … and what was being done was right, not a guess, plus saving my time. Called and placed an order for Mother’s Day on Friday since we live out of town but my sister was going to pick up and take for me. I’m not sure what happened to my order since it didn’t get done. Tried calling but no answer. A phone call from the business would have been appreciated since it’s to late now to order anything for our mom or my mother in law. Thank you for the loss of my order, lack of communication and messing up a Mother’s Day surprise. Do not count on your flower order going anywhere past the phone call and don’t hold your breath that it will get done, good lord wouldn’t count on any flowers getting delivered.

Response to owners comment: None of your staff knew that orders were not being taken only that delivery wasn’t an option and that was fine. But as of Friday afternoon your staff had no idea that orders were not being taken maybe the communication issue is a problem. I’m not sure and really not my deal but when an order is a placed and not fulfilled that is a concern...

Marvelous Gardens did a fantastic job on our neighborhood entry transforming its old and tired look to a newly updated and modern vibe. From the moment I met the owner Chris to working with his landscapers Justice and Marty, the entire experience was remarkably pleasant. Every question was answered, every phone call was returned and every thing I asked them to do or change came back with a polite “yes ma’am”!
