Would give zero stars if there was the option. Very disappointed in my experience with this florist. What I ordered is pictured on the left and what was delivered is on the right. When I contacted them to voice my displeasure, their response was to pick up the product in order to refund me for this subpar arrangement. So not only did my wife have to suffer through the embarrassment of having this sloppily thrown together mess delivered to her at work, she was embarrassed a second time when the delivery driver arrived to take it away. After waiting several days for my card to be refunded, I had to call again to ask for it, only to be refunded for the price of the arrangement and not for the delivery fee. Recommend picking up flowers from Publix or Walmart instead of wasting your time...

I asked for a spray with red white and blue carnations for my dads funeral. This is what I got! There are no carnation’s in it at all!! Just roses and Hydrangeas and very few at that!!!! I wAs never so Embarrassed!!! When I called about this all the girl could say is that we settled on a &139 budget. Well had she told me that I would only get 11 roses and hydrangeas and very little greenery then I would have asked for more!!!! The budget would have changed!!!! But I didn’t even get what I asked for to start with!!!!! NEVER NEVER WOULD I USE Are TELL ANYONE ELSE TO USE THEM!!!!! WHEN I CALLED TO TELL THEM I WAS PUT ON HOLD AND THEY NeVER CAME BACK TO THE PHONE!!!! AND WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!...

Absolutely fantastic service! I recently ordered an arrangement for my wife, and she was beyond thrilled with how beautiful it was. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged perfectly.
