Aaron and his team did an incredible job! I live in Houston and I have a rent house in Austin. Since Aaron answers the phone 24/7, I was able to talk with him after hours about the ceiling in the garage falling down just due to age. He also figured out that nails instead of screws were holding up the 1980 ceiling. Aaron went the next morning, gave me a bid, and he and his team completed the job in just a couple of days. I can’t say enough good things about this company, and especially Aaron. I will definitely use them again, since they do all sorts of contracting work. Thank you Google for helping me find this great company. It gives me peace of mind.

2/26/25 I did the review above recently, after Aaron and his team replaced the fallen ceiling in my garage. They did a great job. This next review is for outdoor repairs (two new fence gates, staining entire fence, painting home exterior, fixing mortar around front tree, and replacing rotten boards next to siding. Aaron and his team did an amazing job for a very fair price! They got to work immediately and finished in just a couple of days.

My next review will come after they deal with the out-of-date interior doors in this tent house that I’m preparing for sale. I’m sure they will do a great job on that as well.

6-30-25. Once again Aaron and his Amazing team came to my rescue. His team showed up the evening of my call to prep my kitchen cabinets before open house three days later. Not only did they get my kitchen cabinets done the next day, but also all my bathroom cabinets the day after that. It is now perfect for this weekend's Open House....

It is very seldom have I had to take care of something in a flash. That all changed this week when my rental property was damaged from the roof to the garage. The problem became dire since it was a water damage which needed urgent attention.

I counted a few business all the way from Seattle and called a few company. A few answered but it was only Aaron from DiamondPoint who seemed sincere, able and empathetic to my situation. He instantly had an idea of what could possibly be wrong and offered to help. What I admired about him is that he signed up to do what he was able to but not something that he wasn’t comfortable doing (schedule logistics with the tenant for example). Thereafter, he told me exactly what he was going to do, how he was going to do and when he was going to do it. Once I was ok with the proposal, he followed through with all his commitments.

Aaron comes across as as a young entrepreneur and one feedback I have for him is to inform clients if/when scheduled timeline changes. In my case, it was very very minor but that’s just me saying hoping that will help his business as he grows.

I have some rentals here and there and every time I run into business like DiamondPoint Contractors, it not only renews my faith in humanity and old school ways of doing business where sincerely reigns but it reminds me that there are still smaller businesses out that that want are eager to illustrate their commitment to quality, sincerity and reliability. Wow, So completely Rude. I called to get a quote on a 5x7 bathroom paint job. Alex talked over me the entire time, told e his quote was $1million dollars and laughed at me, like asking for a quote was ridiculous. He was So pushy trying to meet tomorrow morning and would bring a Crew to do a 5x7 bathroom. I was like let's aim for next week on Monday. He agreed to that. Then after he texted me, I told him I should let me general contractors that were already there finish up their work and then call him to come in and paint the bathroom --- he said peace out. How old are you Alex? such a childish unprofessional response and you are incredibly rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SAD EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS.

You are acting like we didn't have the conversation, but the picture also shows the phone number that was texting me --- YOUR # - Again, just childish to pretend we didn't have this interaction. Anyone can just look at the picture I attached. And the floods have Nothing to do with Your unprofessionalism.
