Outstanding customer service! Could not have asked for an easier transaction. I live about 3 hours from the Jersey shore location. I made one call to Trent Monday. Asked if the tractor and implements I was looking for were available. Within 2 hours he had my transaction processed and delivery scheduled for that Wednesday! 2 days later! Tractor arrived in perfect condition and driver was awesome in helping describe the functions and made sure I was comfortable with operation before he left. Honestly I’m a business owner myself and we strive to deliver this level of customer service as well. It’s nice to still be able to work with companies with same values as us. Honesty. Integrity.
