Yes!!! This is me again but now on google! I am going to every review site I can find to tell you how impressed I am with AGS! I am so pleased with this company! We made a $30k investment in new equipment for our salon. I had more questions than answers and I shopped around with over 6-10 optimal vendors to conduct business. AGS had great reviews but more importantly they had many examples and sample videos of the product.
We had to purchase 10 stations( but we started with just one set of everything first - assess the quality! They delivered. They even sent videos to confirm how to use and install their product! They were thoughtful about which products would work best for my style and they were able to accommodate my shipping request. I had to strategically time the delivery with the completion of the salon renovation construction - they helped change the delivery date when salon construction was delayed.
Herman is THE BEST! He is patient, kind, accommodating, follows up and he loves ABBA! I am so impressed with AGS quality product. If and when we expand I am planning to use this company again; they have earned my business and my trust! THANK YOU!

Through working with Lily (AGS's Manager) I was able to quickly deal with one of the parts of my chair being a poor fit (for me). Lily really really went out of her way to help me, including taking time after hours on FaceTime to see where the hiccup was and connecting me with her technician as well as very quickly shipping me the exchange part. Throughout the process I felt supported and I also felt as if Lily and AGS really understand how important it was for me to have the right chair and have it built properly. There are supply chain and shipping issues everywhere right now because of the pandemic but Lily really helped quickly resolve every issue that popped up. I also wrote this review the first time in 2019. I'm not sure how the text got deleted from my review but the customer service for this company is terrible. They tried to bribe me to delete this review with low quality towels and fatigue mats. There's one person that answers the phones because I spoke with the same person every single time and he will hang up on you mid conversation because its his smoke break time. Half of my order was damaged and I had to sit on the phone for HOURS to rectify the situation refusing to take no for an answer when their shipping company literally drove a fork lift through my pallets of furniture.
