Eutectic Gallery — Local services in Portland

Seven days ago I ordered a cute, artsy coffee mug from their website. I received an email confirmation of purchase and then nothing. I called a couple days ago to find they had run my card. As of today there's still no notice of shipping or tracking or anything. They did let me know that it's shipping from the artist.

EDIT TO ADD: It's been 10 days since my purchase and no mug/no email on shipment. I contacted the gallery again. It's the artist who's being a total flake. The gallery staff contacted the artist and let me know the mug will be shipping tomorrow. They also asked me to let them know when I received it. Even more, they offered me a discount on a future purchase. So, this went from a one star experience to a five...
