My daughter purchased a Tailgater fire pit for my birthday while at a local sportsmans show. Got the fire pit home and set up only to find the battery for the Bluetooth speaker would not take a charge. Have reached out several times via their email and have left messages on the phone but have not had any feedback from the company. Was happy to support a local company but the followup service has been less than satisfactory. I was impressed with the people at the booth but now I am very disappointed in how this situation has been handled. Hoping this can get resolved soon and if so I will be glad to update this review. We love our Ukiah Bluetooth speaker/propane fireplace! Where we live, outdoor wood campfires are sometimes banned during the hottest summer weather but propane fires are allowed, so our Ukiah comes in really handy on our many camping trips. When we pull it out and set it up our friends are so impressed by it they all want to know where to get one for themselves. We highly encourage them all to buy one. Such a cool idea. I picked up a Tailgater firepit at a warehouse sale and instantly knew this was the right choice. A bit down the road I picked up the cook top and knew it was an awesome accessory and have cooked many meals on it. Then Ukiah released the table and that was the perfect addition. We have used it as our sole cooking, s'more making and ambiance making centerpiece of our camp sites. Add in the speaker and it's amazing on the back deck or at the camp site. Now the question is which model lives full-time...
