Frazier falls is a seasonal waterfall. When we went in August, the falls and the creek were dry. The trail conditions are wonderful. Fully paved and definitely stroller friendly without any stairs. At the start of the trail are 6 or so picnic tables of which two were shaded. The path is partially shaded. Be prepared to wear sun screen and a hat. At the end, there is an overlook and you can see the waterfall (or in our case the dried cliff) on the other side of the ravine.    Read moreBest time to go is mid to late spring for a full waterfall. Really depends on the snow pack. In the fall the fall's bone dry but still has it's own kind of beauty. It's an pretty level short walk on a winding paved path that's not to long.

If you keep driving straight, past the parking lot, there is a very mild dirt riad that loops back to Gold Lake Hwy, putting gold lake about 5 mins from there. Bathrooms at the trailhead are ok, what you would expect for the area. The road in is a fairly narrow, steep road so take it slow and use caution when coming around...
