Bide-A-Wee is one of the best deals around. The layout has character and the course conditions are always much better than average. Maybe not top tier level but given what you’re paying here you won’t be disappointed. Two specific points though. I have found that I have to try to catch iffy weather or odd times to get in a decent round of golf these days. More than once I have had to talk my way into a rain check because of the crowd. It is a place where time hasn't affected the golf pro or the day to day interactions of people as a whole, it is as if you walk into the fifties. They are kind, very kind, and seem to genuinely want to propel golf and all of it's time honored traditions. Traditions like character, courtesy, honor, and good ole tom foolery. I am 29 and must say this is my favorite of any golfing "atmosphere" I've experienced yet. The prices for what you get can't be beaten and it is a nice up and coming facility. Class act Mr. Andy, and a classy operation. My hat...
