Great Bay Community College — Local services in Portsmouth

Cheaper than UNH, but that's not saying much. Both classes I took here were very disappointing. One in-person class had numerous typos in the quizzes which affected student grades. The professor didn't seem to care that much, even after being made aware, and I got the impression they would continue to reuse the same problematic quizzes. GBCC is an egregious institution. Deanna Friedman, Sandra Ho, Mike Fischer, and other employees under their egregious leadership; would harass me on a regular basis. They would go so far to grab me physically from behind or grab my forearm to get my attention. I pleaded with them to stop, but they egregiously informed me of what they call "appropriate business touching," which allows them to physically harass students and staff. Horrible place, staff is not helpful and the classes you want to get into are always full. I have tried to go to school here for CNC and they told me they closed the program and welding was full. I waited a year to try for welding class and once again sorry its full we only have 14 seats because they moved there program. This school needs to get there info straight.
