I made an appointment for my dryer for 8 am, the technician didn't arrive until 8:10. Once the technician arrived i gave him the rundown of what had happened and what I had tried already to fix the issue before deciding that it was a safer bet to have a professional take a look. The technician spent 20 minutes trouble shooting before telling me that he won't be fixing my dryer because "they don't make parts for this model anymore, you should just buy a new one."

I questioned him about what was wrong and if there were any other options than buying a brand new dryer, but he insisted that it would be impossible to repair this dryer, and then he left.

Once he left I spent 5 minutes on Google and found the exact part he said was broken, avaliable for sale. So I ordered it. It came in today and I installed it myself now my "unrepairable dryer" is working again.

This company is not worth doing any buissness with. When I said I wanted a professional to look at my dryer, I should have went to a company that actually hires professionals.

UPDATE: The owner of the business contacted us and was understanding of the situation. He sent the repair man back out with the correct part to fix the dryer, and rightfully did not charge us any additional fee or cost. This time, the repair tech followed through and actually tested the dryer to make sure it was functioning properly before leaving. It was completed, the dryer works, and we are grateful that the business stood by its service and worked to rectify the situation. Based on how it all ended, I would recommend them knowing that the owner is so responsive.

Word to the wise…..based on recommendations on a here we contacted Rinfrets Appliance Repair and so far they took $250 from us and did not perform the work, said the part they ordered didn’t fix the problem so need to order another part for another $200. And wanted that upfront also (which we didn’t do). Waiting for them to fix this situation but as of now I would definitely NOT recommend them. Would not have hired them at $450 to fix a dryer we can replace...

Poor service! Repairman was out several times to fix a simple problem.

1st visit- wrong part was ordered for my stove and while trying to figure that out another part was broken by repair man. Had to wait another week for proper part to come in. 2nd visit correct part was in but wrong size gasket. Had to evacuate my children from the house there was such a strong propane smell! This was discovered by myself running up and down the stairs while carrying an infant to turn the propane on and off for the repair man. Had to wait for his boss to get back to me about return date. 3 days past and I heard nothing. My husband had to call to set up appointment. Had to wait another week. Visit 3 was today. I was outside playing with my children when he told me everything was all set and had me sign a form. An hour later I came in to check things out, there were missing bolts and front burner still does not work! By the way, this was the original problem!!! So frustrated I will never use this...
