We met Krista and Justin at the Hayden Farmers Market a couple years ago and bought some turquoise earrings for our daughter. Being originally from Arizona we love turquoise and have several pieces made in Arizona. The earrings were every bit, if not better, quality than I have purchased. A few years passed and my watch needed a new battery on my turquoise watch band. That should be easy? YOU WOULD THINK!! After driving through CDA, Hayden and Post Falls stopping at every jewelry store I could find, not one of them would / could remove my watch, change the battery and replace the watch? I finally sent it to Arizona where I had previously done a lot of business and purchased several pieces of turquoise jewelry. Four weeks later I got the watchband back, (after it was sent to the wrong address and I had to tracked it down...) when I opened the box the band was in three pieces? I was told to send it back and they would try to fix it, that it must have been broken in shipping?

I then remembered Krista and Justin and called them. Justin told me to bring it over so he could take a look. I did and Krista and Justin said they would try to repair it. Three days later I got my watch band back with a new battery in the watch and the band repaired as good as new!!! (At a Very Reasonable Price) for custom silver work!

I ended up buying a couple sets of earrings and a purse for the wife, the prices were so reasonable and the quality outstanding!!

Two quality People that are Honest, Reliable, Friendly and actually care about the customer!! Don't go anywhere else for your turquoise or...

I’ve been on the search for the perfect tote-style bag for my business trips that checked a few boxes- divider for a laptop, enough space for my random travel items, a handle pocket or two for important items, like my wallet and phones, zipper top. Plus, it had to look great and be high-quality. Most options out there are just one big carry space or just didn’t have the look and quality I needed. After searching for years, and basically giving up, I ran into Krista and Justin at a local event, where my husband promptly bought a few of their amazing, high quality items. I admired a couple of their smaller bags, and their large bag didn’t have a few of the elements I was looking for, but I also preferred the color options on one of their smaller bags.

The good news is, they will do custom work- and don’t even blink. Yes, there’s a slight customization charge, but truly minimal to me because what I had been searching for really doesn’t exist. I put in my custom order with super high expectations, and my custom bag was ready less than 2 weeks later!

As I mentioned, I had really high expectations, but my custom item far exceeded them. The work and detail is meticulous. You can definitely tell there is a love for each piece they create. I’ve told everyone that this is the best purchase I’ve ever made. It’s so well done that I’m sure it will hold up to my travel schedule and last for ages. I have a feeling that we aren’t done with our Panhandle...

Follow Panhandle Red via Instagram so knowing they are currently in Arizona I was expecting a voice message for me to leave a message, but no Krista herself answered! My intentions for the call was to see if her Post Falls shop was open as I was interested in seeing some of her new product in person rather than ordering online. Krista is not or everyday business owner she is an amazing individual that is not looking for a sale she is looking for an everlasting friendship/fellowship! I had met Krista personally three/four years ago at a farm show and purchased one of her beautiful cuffs and learned of her personal journey and story then and have followed her via social media since. Year later at another show purchased my first Farm Style tote/purse not only is it beautiful the quality of leather and materials are great! Well an hour later I purchased the large Hayden, of course made custom to my needs and a two tone Sheridan clutch also custom to match my Hayden!

Let me tell anyone who maybe on the fence about purchasing, just call because even if you don’t purchase at least you had the opportunity to hear and speak with an amazing, Strong, Full of Faith loving...
