I just wanna start off by saying how sweet and attending Miss Kelly was she took my phone call. She was able to set up everything I needed and walk me through the process so I knew exactly how my arrangement would look for my wife. She was also able to set me up with the next day delivery for an anniversary/early Valentines. She even allowed me to customize everything the way I wanted to and made it possible for her driver to deliver within timeframe that I needed. The driver was able to arrive within minutes of my wife needing to leave so she was there to receive the arrangement, and was absolutely in love with it. From start to finish Mrs. Kelly and her team took care of me with no issues completely flawless they were very sweet and very attending and made sure that they followed up with me in any way possible. I highly recommend this flower shop to anyone in need of any arrangements...

Had to place an order from out of state and was expecting it to be much more of a hassle than it actually was! It wasn't a hassle at all.. phone calls were answered with wonderful customer service and I was able to text pictures of what I had seen that I liked on Pinterest. Out of 4 pictures, I liked 2 pieces from different pics. She quickly texted back and just told me to let her know which I liked and that she could do it/gave me some options! I also requested something personal and she made it happen! All on such short notice, with a lot of orders already for funerals within 48 hrs. I can not express how amazing these ladies are at what they do. I ordered two dozen premium roses for my wife's birthday. Honestly I had to ask what the difference was between regular and premium, other than the cost of course. Well to say that it was the most amazing arrangement of roses I had ever seen would be a understatement. The lady that answered the phone was truly a pleasure to speak with.
