Atwoods — Local services in Poteau

I bought a side by side from Atwoods in Poteau on 2/18/2023 for 7999.00. They loaded it on the trailer for me I took it home when I tried to unload it reverse didn't work at all. I called the Poteau store thinking they would refund my money or get me another new one that worked but not only did they refuse i was informed that they knew it was broke and sold it to me anyway. I was absolutely horrified that $8000 was not easy for me to come up with I'm 61 years old and I need it to help me do chores. I was told my only option was to turn it in to Colman to try to get it fixed on the warranty. I didnt break it, not only did I buy it broken but they knew it was broken and sold it to me anyway. I have called their corporate office twice asking for my money back and although i have talked to 2 different people there no one has returned my call or reached out to me in anyway. Never in my life did I ever dream that Atwoods was so dishonest and would go out of their way to intentionally scam their customers out of thousands and thousands of dollars. EIGHT...

Rather disappointed with their reliability today. First they sent me to two different aisles in search of water purification tablets for drinking water. They didn't have any. Second I saw an employee hiding in the back aisles talking on her phone pretending to "straighten" while baby chicks sat in small boxes in a cart piled on top of each other in some cases covering up air holes. Then only 1 checkstand was open with 5 people in line and 1 other employee cleaning shelves. When I got a load out ticket for almost a dozen cinder blocks I got told just follow the guy in the neon vest (who was nowhere in sight). I drove to where the cinderblocks were and was about halfway done loading them myself when he finally showed up to load the rest. It used to be Atwoods had older knowledgeable employees. Now like everywhere else they have Millenials and Gen. Z employees who couldn't find water if they fell out of a boat in the middle...

I bought a rabbit from them on June 28th, the rabbit died today or of no where. It's cage was cleaned everyday, fresh food and water everyday sometimes more if the water got nasty. They said they can't do anything about it because they are only guaranteed for 24 hours. When we called about the rabbit dying we were on hold for 30 minutes too. They don't care about those animals they sell there, they're just money to them. I've bought 2 chickens from them before because one of them had a injured wing, i bought the second so she could have company. They weren't doing anything for that poor chicken. I've gone there and seen little chicks that were dead and had been there awhile. It's like they just go and feed and water then not bother them unless they have too. People shouldn't buy any animals from there and if you can go somewhere else for any kinda supplies...
