Le Flore County Solid Waste Spiro Station — Local services in Poteau

The guy who is always sitting in the tractor is constantly harassing us every time we go. He tried to say he couldn't take our temporary licenses when we first got them from the dmv. He harassed my fiancé when we weren't there together because of the plates on the truck, though we'd been there several times already. Today it had been literally 30 seconds since I'd thrown my last bag into the dumpster from my car before he was coming over to tell me I had to move (I had been telling my fiancé that I was going to move the car when he came over, thats all I had time to do before he came to bother us). He sits on his phone in that tractor 90% of the time, and the other 10% he's harassing the taxpayers who have already paid for the dump. He even tried to get us to pay for the dump one time. We live literally 2 minutes down the road. He knows us by now and it's like he makes a point to come and harass us every time he sees us. It's getting really old and incredibly ridiculous. So lucky to have this waste station. Best thing have seen any where I have lived(normally have to go to a landfill or something else).The employees are informative,very polite, and explained all the rules to me and where everything went. I was one of the 3 people waiting on you to stop talking to your friend and to dump your trash until that nice worker fellow came up to ask you to back up to the dumpster correctly and talk to your friend afterwards so that others and I could dump our trash. The guy that just sits on the backhoe has made me stop going to the dump in Spiro. He has accused me of owning a rented house and wanted to charge me, made me cut the barbed wire off a two-foot broken 4x4 post and throw it in the metal bin. The barbed wire was maybe a foot long but he did bring me, pliers, to cut it off, this last time I parked where I could throw trash in the trash bin and metal bin without moving he made me move cause I had a trailer. Nobody was there no lines just wanted to have control over me. We got into an argument cause he couldn't come up with a reason why he made me move.
