Dollar General — Local services in Poteet

Cannot even put into words my disdain for this particular location. As a whole, dollar general is a quick, cheap and fairly acceptable option for needing something in a pinch, but this location is absolutely horrendous. Besides having boxes stacked throughout the store causing unnecessary chaos, the real star of the show here is the lisp ridden manager. Not entirely sure if she actually has a learning disability or is simply gifted with this unmatched level of stupidity. Every time we have gone here, she makes each transaction nearly impossible and incredibly difficult. She will fight customers because she believes she is right about store coupons and policy, when in reality she is always mistaken and just ends up looking uninformed and ridiculous. While I realize that this gig may quite possibly be the best thing that has happened in her life, I urge this corporation to replace her immediately. Though this location is the closest to me, I would rather travel farther than necessary to avoid yet another interaction with this...

This store is so dirty! The floors need to be mopped badly! They always have boxes stacked up against the shelves making it impossible to get to merchandise (the little bit they do have)! The manager is also very rude! She should be closing at 10pm but closes the doors at 9:50 which is only 10 minutes but they are one of the only stores out here so it's a big difference. & on top of that, she's rushing people out of there when it comes time. Logan is not nice. He didn't bag one of my items and insinuated I am lying about it. Like be for real guy...if I was going to steal, it wouldn't be a $1 bottle of soap.
