Staff is very rude. They would just stare at you like you don’t belong there before helping you with instructions. One guy told me to go one way then another guy told me to go back the other way and when I got to the shipping office finally he stared at me and told me to go back outside I’m not supposed to be in there. Be aware If bringing bulk load, get ready for long and sometimes endless wait. Ur appointment is to get to receiver only, after that its all in their hand. They unload what they need, everyone else has to wait. Must weigh in and out. People are ok, but delivering here is waste of time. Only come here if u got spare time. No quick offloading...

I had a loose load so mebe different from reg. Offload times are very slow- several hours per truck - but they do allow overnight parking and you have to weigh in when you arrive as well as weigh out when you leave.
