The party room was not ready when we arrived! The floor was wet for a while and all the kids were slipping as they were coming in on time. Even with that though I wasn’t going to post a review until it came time to close out my party. So I won a party package from a no profit fundraiser in the area. My kids birthdays has just happened so I saved it to use for this current birthday which happened today. When I booked everything online I put to pay it in full because it was a gift card package that was the price of the party. When I booked it the recipe I got said paid. So I thought nothing of it. All was going ok until someone came up and asked me to pay $200 for the rest of my party which should have been paid for already. So I told them I paid and they asked for me to produce a recipe which I did. But there system recipe does not state the amount you paid just that you paid. So I showed them that after they asked to see a recipe then proceed to tell me well if sill say on here which here is a hand written note book that you owe because my recipe doesn’t say a specific amour paid. So they try and call the two people over the place which took forever to get a hold of them. They made me feel as if I had to stay up front or pay. All this while my kids are playing at their party that I am not able to be a part of. Then they finally get a hold of the owner or manager I am not sure who but he was a man. Who is supposed to be they head guy who know the answer. He also doesn’t have it figured out and can’t give me a strait response or answer. He eventually settles on well I remember that fundraiser so I don’t have to pay and to send him the gift card picture that I have on my phone which thankfully I took a picture of and kept. Then about 5-10 min later he messages me that I only paid the deposit but that the rest was on my gift card thing and send me a picture message of the payment information. Which had loaded and has the amount of the gift card and says paid $108. But it also says loaded so they just basically had to go back through there system and process the rest of my gift card because when I paid it loaded the whole thing they just took only part of it. I even told them from the start it was a gift card and even texted them a picture of it and showed it to them. So basically I spent about 20 min or longer arguing with them and talking to multiple people all because they didn’t do there job and missed out on part of my kids birthday. We have been here multiple times not for a party and had no complaints over all. I was very disappointed in my party experience and even so older wild kids that I complained to the staff about that were knocking down little kids all over the place. The party room wasn't ready when it stated it would be, and we weren't able to get into it early like we were supposed to be able to. Once we got in the room it wasn't done the way we had previously discussed nor was it even finished worh the details that were included in the party package. Me & my family had to come in & move stuff around. I provided balloons for the balloon arch due to allergies with the ones they provide. But then they hung it with the main characters upside down, looking ridiculous. I was told the party before mine "wouldn't leave the party room and they left it disgusting", which is why we couldn't get into the room at the time we were told we could. But then when I asked about options to remedy the situation, I was told they could do a 15% discount. I was told they couldn't give me more time because there was another party immediately after mine as well. But then when I went to pay I was not offered any type of discount. I had to wait for like 15 minutes at the desk to pay because one worker was busy setting up for the party after mine & the other was just sitting in her car. Also one of the workers yelled excessively and rudely to my special needs son. (I have plenty of my party guests who heard & saw it, including his father). His father had to step in & tell her to stop yelling at him, that she could have easily asked him to stop doing what it was he was doing without...
