Review Title: Disappointing Experience with Rude Customer Service

I recently visited Mosab and unfortunately had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever encountered. From the moment I walked in, I could sense an unpleasant atmosphere. The employees seemed disinterested, but both staff member stood out the most this evening. My card decline and the mother and son duo both advised to not shop if I don’t have the funds.They both spoke to me as if my inquiries were an inconvenience. It was disheartening to be treated with such disrespect, especially as a paying customer. I left feeling singled out and unvalued, as if my presence in the store was more of a nuisance than a reason for business.

This experience wasn't an isolated incident; I observed similar treatment at least three separate visits. The lack of basic courtesy and friendliness is alarming and suggests a systemic issue with how staff are trained to interact with patrons. It’s obvious that there is a pressing need for improved customer service training for all business owners and employees at this store. Creating a welcoming environment should be a top priority, and it’s clear that the current approach is failing.

In an age where customer service can make or break a business, Mosab Tropical Foods must reevaluate its training programs and policies. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to management to understand the importance of treating every customer with respect and care. Until then, unfortunately, I won’t be returning...

I was traveling from Iowa to Douglasville and my uhaul trailer was to be droped with them and they were to direct me to the nearest uhaul stirage facility . The woman was very rude and disrespectful i am a 64 yr old woman askung for help she refused to even help me and had her computer right in front of her saying i can do nothing. This is bad customer service !!So teaveliers do not stop here for help. And the place was dirty and smelled bad !!
