I can not say enough about the customer service! I live in Franklin TN and had a last minute request for my niece’s grad party. I placed my order with 2 day delivery from the post office so it would arrive the day before the party. I messaged the store to make sure they would be able to get it in the post that day. The responded immediately and within an hour I had a notice from the post office that they had the package. The next morning I had a message from the USPS that due to severe storms they would not be able to deliver until Friday. I called a cousin in Knoxville who was leaving Wed morning who agreed to pick up if I re-ordered. I placed my second order, which was bigger than my first order (sooo many cute things for girls heading to UT) and emailed them once again letting them know the new plan. They were so kind and were putting it together when my cousin arrived. She then shopped and was just carried away with the shop, the staff and of course the customer service. My cousin and I will both be shopping there frequently over the next four years and I will make sure my Franklin friends with kids heading to UT know about them. Girl heaven!!! I found this place on TikTok and made the drive to see it. The second I was in the parking lot I was in awe. This place has so many cute details to make it what it is. The pink doors to the entrance is adorable and sets the scene for what you should expect inside the store. There are a few mini murals on the side of the building that boost positivity and girlhood. When you open the doors orange, pink, and volunteer pride smack you right in the face in the best way. They have all sizes, different styles, tons of shirts, dresses, shorts, boots, jackets, stickers, pins, EVERYTHING!!! They also have the CUTEST kid clothes which I was ecstatic to find because everything I’ve seen online for kids for game day was lame. Everything in here is extremely fashionable and makes you feel good about yourself!! I absolutely LOVED shopping here and will be back! The staff was also extremely kind and helpful! I'm so disappointed with my recent purchase. I moved to Knoxville in 2018 and I found Southern Made on Instagram through an influencer. I immediately placed an online order and quickly became obsessed! I bought thousands of dollars worth of gifts and clothes for myself, family, and friends over the next 5 years. The quality of their sweatshirts were absolutely amazing. I bought 90% of my sweatshirts from SM. I recently moved to West Virginia and saw SM was having a Black Friday sale. I ordered 2 sweatshirts and got a free one for my daughter. I was so disappointed when I got my package. The sweatshirts went from being a super thick top quality to a $10 Hanes sweatshirt I can get at Walmart. I don't understand how you can charge someone $69 for a sweatshirt that's made on such cheap material. I willing paid it in the past due to the quality of the sweatshirt....
