I have had numerous negative experiences due to pump malfunctions over the years. Whether it be the microphones and speakers not working or the pump not recognizing the credit card or especially the numerous numerous times receipts are not printed and it says go inside. Today I would have left but I was low on gas so I put in about a gallon but they lost my entire fill up money and I was going to get something to eat and drink so they lost my business there. I refuse to walk in and get a receipt when these pumps should be working better. This has happened probably on and off for 8 or 10 years at different pumps. My guess is that sometimes pumps do fail but other times they're not maintained well by going out and checking that they're not running out of receipt paper. Or they're just having numerous troubles and they're not logging it and keeping track of it on a particular pump. For example if you had trouble with the printer 8 or 10 times then maybe the printing mechanism needs to be replaced. I'm just really tired of it so today's evaluation of one is more out of frustration but maybe someone will listen and start doing something about it. or maybe they just need to buy some new pumps as this site is a very...
Read moreI patronize this Weigels almost daily. I used the restroom came out and walked back in the restroom. I could hear an employee say “is everything ok” which I thought was odd in itself. I went to the counter to purchase gas and exchange a couple of lottery tickets that had total winnings of $6. The employee asked if I found them in the bathroom. I laughed and replied no because I thought he was joking. He preceded to lean over the counter with his face getting very close to where I was standing. In a very condescending tone he asked again “Are you sure” I took the tickets back as he was telling me 3 tickets were reportedly lost.. So I guess he assumed I found the 3 tickets (I had 4) I in the bathroom and they all were winners lol. He just kept on and on basically accusing me of lying and then started using the word stolen instead of lost. I asked for my gas money back because I was so uncomfortable. Again my winnings were a total of $6. There were several other customers around and behind me. I was so taken aback, embarrassed and I definitely felt harassed. Read moreWhere do I begin? I'm normally in there 5 to 10 times a day. Everyday!!! Have been going on 2 years. I should actually write down employee social security numbers the next time I go there so I can claim them as dependents on my income taxes That being said, the employees there are awesome, and always helpful, and I would give the store 5 stars out of 4. They are extremely busy and have a lot of customers coming through hourly , daily. So to anyone who complains about them being sold out of certain things or complaining about customer service, you obviously don't understand the volume of people that come through that store daily. Additionally, your that type of "My way, Right away" person that has no compassion for hard working people and you don't like it when you rudely talk to an employee and they treat you accordingly.
