Our experience with the appliance Warehouse in Farmington was awesome me and my husband need a washer and dryer Badly so we was going to go to Lowe's and spend lots of $$$. But my husband said why don't we go to appliances Warehouse in Farmington to see what thay have. so we went when we went in and seen the washer and dryer it was a regular washer and dryer. We used front end washer and dryer but I didn't care as long it works anyway the sign said 399. If we used a debit card it cost a lot more with taxes and all anyway she said if you use cash it's only 400.00 even so we went to the bank came back to pay for the washer and dryer that would have to deliver it to us like Monday or Tuesday because our handle to the tailgate was broken but the delivery guy at the appliance Warehouse showed my husband how the tailgate would come down even though the handle was broken it was awesome we got the washer and dryer that day I'm so so happy we finally got a washer and dryer the main thing why we go to appliances Warehouse in Farmington is that thay are honest people me and my husband Appreciate that I would recommend everybody go there. Thank you appliance Warehouse for y'alls help that...
Read moreHere is my review of Appliance Warehouse. I purchased a refrigerator, washer, and dryer from them. Although most places will offer a 3 or sometimes a 6 month warranty on their appliances, they only offer a 30 day warranty. My dryer quit working after about 55 days. It was determined to be the thermal limiter switch, approximately a $10 - $20 part. I called hoping they would be able to work with me considering how much business I had done with them. They told me at first that I was past the 30 days and they wouldn't do anything. The man I spoke with on the phone eventually agreed to let me just come get the part. I figured it was a good compromise. They didn't have to spend they extra time or money sending someone out to repair the appliance but just give me the part to install myself. When I arrived, he backtracked and would only sell me the part. My recommendation is to skip this place and instead shop somewhere like A-Tech in Springdale where they will cover any parts and labor for a full 90 days. Don't let my mistake...
Read moreAgreed to lease a washer and dryer over the phone, offered new equipment for an extra $3 weekly so of course. Had to wait two weeks for washer and dryer to arrive, and when they finally did, surprise surprise, no new ones available, but they couldn't tell me that over the phone, they told me at my door. Basically i had to take them in with the condition that my agreement would be modified since i was getting used equipment instead of new. Well, the washer died on the same day of delivery. Called for service and was offered replacement for new ones, but guess what, now I have to wait 2 more weeks because it is what it is..... I honestly would like to just to leave them out on the street and go back to Aarons, they are way more expensive but they deliver what is promised and don't make you wait that long. Update : new washer and dryer has been delivered as promised....
