This company truly is amazing! The quality of their wood is ALWAYS AMAZING. Once your order is placed its about a week then shipped out. Super quick and very reliable! Also their customer service is phenomenal! I placed a large order for 180+ rustic frame kits in August for a organization to use this Nov. While putting them together I realized I was missing 20 backs. Sent them an email with what happened and my order number. With out hesitation they're shipping the missing peices out.
