First impression of this tucked away nursery, plus. Local potter was there Saturday when I stopped by after the advice of friend. Selection of plants, jewelry, home goods, etc was more than I imagined as I pulled up to park. Small parking area. Being on a Saturday at noon, parking was tight for all the shoppers. Inside the building, one lady helped all of us. When I asked about some plants, a second lady referred me to a man who I couldn't find. I thought if I walked around awhile, maybe this elusive plant-man would surface, but I was out of luck and the green house area was pretty hot by then, too. This is easily one of the best hidden shopping treasures in all of Baton Rouge. If I had to describe the style I would say it looks like a Darwinian secret garden. Find various size and shape terrariums, apothecary bottles, and shells. Large selection of succulents and mosses too. You can DIY a plant holder or buy one already made. Also lots of geodes, along with designer jewelry like Chan Luu. Brenda, the owner is so kind and awesome. It's the best place to find a gifts.
