Archery Unlimited — Local services in Prattville

Bought a dozen Easton axis arrows last week. Arrows are fine but the inserts do not fit with the iron will broad head i am trying this year. I discussed with the guys working in there that I was using the iron will this year so I figured we were on the same page. Called this morning and the fella said they don’t have those particular inserts. Would have been nice to know that before I spent 200 on arrows that I can’t use. I’ve never left a poor review before but I think the “I can’t help you” type of treatment I received, is ridiculous. Customer service is suppose to be great here, but these guys seem more interested in hanging out with each other so I think I’ll let them for now on....

Absolutely the BEST archery proshop in the State of Alabama. We have used several shops in our hunting travels across the nation and I would have no reservations in saying they have been the best in our experience across the nation. Rick Hellums and his staff are knowledgeable, always offer sound advice and the customer service cannot be matched. The shop has a wide selection of quality name brand items and if you don't see it in the shop, they will do their very best to get the product for you as soon as possible. This is the only shop that has serviced our bows since 2007. Archery Unlimited is our choice when it comes to our archery and hunting needs...and it should...

This was my first time going into an archery shop, and buying a bow. The staff that works here was awesome! They helped me out every way they could from letting me shoot a couple bows to explaining the differences and explaining the capabilities of each bow. I wish their website was updated with the brands they carry, as of 3/23/2021 they carry Hoyt, bear, Mathews, Bowtech, diamond by Bowtech, mission by Mathews,and a few other brands that I wasn’t interested in looking at with a few cross bow brands.
