Lord, where to begin?? (And can I get a few more stars for this review, please?) First off, these freaking veggie samosas! I've been threatened with more than once samosa intervention in my life, but all other samosas are dead to me now. Seriously. Then the biryani. I've been wanting to go vegetarian, but my carnivore husband has been an impediment. When he very rudely stole one whole box of my biryani from Bham Eats Biryani, however, after 2 bites he said, "ok, well, if you bring this every day, I'll give up meat". And did I mention dessert? Think of any tasty treat you've had from an Indian place, a Pakistani place, or a certain food fair you visit every year... if you had it there and have been craving it, not only can you find it at Bham Eats Biryani, I 100% promise you, these will be BETTER. (Even when that seems impossible. ) I cannot recommend them highly enough....

The samosas would make a great party food for folks who don't even know they like Indian food. Crispy puff pastry with a chicken or beef filling with gentle, fragrant spices.
The chicken lentil soup was rich and filling, but also delicate. With the ground lentils, your kids won't even know that they're having lentils.
