This man is very unprofessional. I bought my truck from him about six months ago, and it has had nothing but problems since. First of all, he told me it had a rebuilt title when I was signing on the dotted line. But, when I was trying to get it registered the next day, the DMV told me that it was a salvage title, and that it needed a Utah state safety inspection for it to be cleared. So I did that, and all the problems cost about $1400 to get fixed. I told him, and he basically shrugged me off. So, I paid to have it fixed and moved on with my life. I was mad; he lied to me. When I bought it, he told me it didn’t have any problems. Just tonight, I was going to pull my girlfriend out of a snow bank when I got stuck myself. I went to put it into 4 wheel drive and guess what… the 4 wheel drive doesn’t work. That was one thing I specifically asked about when purchasing the truck. He told me it worked; it does not. Attached is a rude, very unprofessional message he sent me. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere! This guy will cheat you out of a lot of money and call you rude names. Reply: You obviously know nothing, because a branded title and a rebuilt title are the exact same thing!! Also, Jiffy Lube hasn’t done inspections in 5+ years, so there’s one more thing he lied to me about. Yes, the inspection itself was only $11, and I did have it done multiple places, and they both came back with the exact same criteria that needed to be fixed/replaced, so the truck obviously had issues before you sold it to me. Neither A1 Auto in Logan or Leo’s in Brigham City are ā€œexpensiveā€. My family has been going to both for years, and they give us great deals. They are both very honest mechanics, and I would highly recommend them. You should never sell a vehicle to someone (whether warrantied or not) if it has issues without disclosing them. Both places that did the inspections told me that the tie rods were dangerously close to snapping an causing a major accident, so the truck wasn’t even safe to drive when you sold it. These are the kinds of things a dealer should be aware of. It’s also insulting to assume I don’t know anything about vehicles. Just because I don’t know EVERYTHING, doesn’t mean I know nothing. I’m currently looking into new tires, which I’m not upset about. Tires wear out. I’ve had the oil changed also. So please, give it up. You’re just embarrassing yourself.

I bought my first car from Octane and Amperage Motors! I love my vehicle! Samuel is so amazing to work with! I’ve visited every dealership from and in Cache Valley all the up into Idaho to soda springs. It’s extremely hard finding a good car that’s clean, has everything put back together, working, and a good price! Samuel had all the boxes checked! I was able to choose from a few cars and he had it to me so quick with awesome communication. He is the hardest worker I know!! He was so honest and sold it to me for a great price! I’m so happy! I had a few questions about how to take care of my car, and he was able to answer them all and had great advice moving forward. I’m extremely grateful for his help!!! Such a great guy!! If you ever need a vehicle this is the...

Highly recommend working with O&A. Took the advertised truck for test drive including on a little 4WD track. First time buying a salvage vehicle and was very apprehensive, but O&A answered all my questions to put my mind at ease. I Noticed he had another truck on the lot that had not been worked on yet. I purchased it as well and O&A sent me pictures to update me on the transformation. Metal and bodywork is impeccable. Who ever does their paint is incredible. O&A is easy to work with, honest and reasonable. It is 8 months after the purchases and I have reccomended O&A to others even though they are 1000 miles away. Could not find a better deal after researching ads in NM,...
