Preston Locker — Local services in Preston

I would give a zero star if I could. I split a beef with someone. I wanted extra quality burger so I had Preston Locker make it 92% lean and grind half of my steaks into burger. When I tried the burger for the first time in was full of bone chunks 🤬. I tried 3 more packages and they were all full of bone chunks. I called and complained and they said they probably didn't clean out the grinder very good but could exchange it for different burger they had. I asked what they could do for me since I was driving an hour again to exchange the bad burger, plus had to exchange it for their old brown colored 80% lean burger instead and lost out on all my steaks that I ground up in my original order. Preston said there was nothing they could do. The burger I got in exchange was AWFUL!!!! It had a lot less bone in it but was poor quality and full of white chucks that never broke down during cooking. We can't even eat it without being grossed out and threw it all away. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PRESTON LOCKER AGAIN AND ADVISE EVERYONE TO GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCKER IF THEY PREFER...

I would have given a zero rating if i could. Had a hog butchered. Overall to 9 wrrks from the time it was dropped off to the time all my cuts were done. Asked for 3/4" chops got 1/4". Hams and bacon terribly salty. Do not recommend this place at all. Find another...
