I called a few places for same day delivery for a relatives funeral, Blossom was my third call to a local florist near the funeral home. I spoke with a lady named Crystal, she is AMAZING and KIND and most of all has PATIENCE! I am in Northern Ohio and its hard when you care what you are sending, not just calling and saying “here is some money do whatever” so it looks good i sent something Attitude! Which is how i felt another place wanted me to do And shut up! BUT when it is your loved one and you truly want something beautiful, Crystal from Blossom is who you want at the other end of your call!! First, and this is important, they answer the phone. That's huge right there. I can't get anyone else on the phone. She answered and once she did she has my business permanently. She's kind and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what I was looking for. Made suggestions and got me taken care of so quick it was amazing. I suggest ignore the others and call Blossom Basket.
